*Guest requested Property to send them an invoice,and yes, Property did send , however , through Property to Guest chat, unfortunately,our system just delete all those invoices that were sent.On Nov 27 , Guest provided their email address and asked Property to send the invoice to this email,however,Property doesn&#39;t respond anymore,maybe they think the situation has already been settled.Please kindly sympathize Guest and inform them that we&#39;re contacting the Property to ask them to send Guest&#39;s invoice to their email,write both for Property and Guest please.Thank you,
